Kinshasa, DRC – March 27, 2025: The Northern Corridor Transit and Transport Coordination Authority (NCTTCA) facilitated bilateral meetings between the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) and the DRC Customs Administration (DGDA) to develop a robust customs data exchange system. This initiative aims to address challenges related to data and information exchange, ensuring more efficient trade facilitation between the two countries.
The Northern Corridor Transit and Transport Coordination Authority (NCTTCA) and the Kühne Foundation have joined forces to advance sustainable development in the Northern Corridor region.
During its 58th Session held in January 2025, the Northern Corridor Executive Committee directed the Northern Corridor Secretariat to embark on activities towards the development of a Regional Logistics Hub within the Naivasha Special Economic Zone on a 50 acres of land parcel granted to all Northern Corridor Member States by the Government of the Republic of Kenya.
